This pivotal role involves leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 to create tailored solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective CRM strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather and define technical requirements for CRM initiatives.
  • Customize workflows, forms, and dashboards to enhance user experience.
  • Conduct system integration and ensure seamless data flow between systems.
  • Develop technical documentation and maintain system configurations.
  • Perform testing and debugging to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Stay current with CRM trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions.
  • Proven experience in CRM development, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong expertise in customizing and configuring CRM solutions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM web services (SOAP/REST).
  • Experience with database management, especially Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Proficient in programming languages, primarily C# and JavaScript.
