Our client’s Microsoft Business Solutions team is a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in Microsoft software implementations for medium to large organisations, providing their clients with the ability to keep up with the ever-changing digital world by implementing Microsoft’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Engagement (CE) software from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) software line.

Role Overview

Our client is looking for a talented Project Manager to join their project delivery team, eager to work in a fast-paced environment. This ERP career development opportunity involves managing projects around the Microsoft Dynamics platform.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience delivering end-to-end projects, preferably in the ERP sector, for medium to large clients. Hands-on ERP implementation experience is a plus;
• Professional accreditation in project delivery methodologies such as Scrum Master, Prince2, or PMI. Certification training is also considered;
• Excellent presentation skills;
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps;
• Strong time management, facilitation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills;
• Ability to influence and motivate team members;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Experience analyzing complex issues and providing solutions;
• Conflict resolution skills;
• Willingness to travel on short notice;
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous;
• Experience with other ERP platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing client implementations and supporting pre-sales activities. Key responsibilities include:

• Determining the implementation approach;
• Monitoring and reporting project progress;
• Preparing communication, risk, and quality management plans;
• Managing project constraints such as scope, time, budget, and resources;
• Providing status updates to stakeholders;
• Leading the project team and managing HR issues;
• Adhering to the client’s Information Security Policies (ISP and ISMP).
