Our client is looking to hire a Project Manager who will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety, while simultaneously fostering strong client relationships and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Leadership: Manage all project phases from initiation to close-out, ensuring delivery within contract scope, schedule, and budget.
• Client & Business Relations: Retain clients through regular communication, secure new contracts, and serve as the primary client interface for approvals and queries.
• Resource & Financial Management: Optimize manpower, equipment, and materials to control expenses, achieve target profitability, and complete projects within budget.
• On-Site Execution & Team Leadership: Direct supervisors and on-site teams, conduct field reviews, suggest improvements, and develop workforce skills through mentorship and training.
• Tendering & Estimation: Lead bid preparation by reviewing tender documents, resolving queries, creating estimates, schedules, and incorporating historical project data.
• Compliance & Administration: Uphold all company QHSE policies, ensure adherence to company regulations, and manage all project documentation, contracts, and financial reporting.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, senior management, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure project support and success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Landscape, or related field).
• 5+ years of proven experience in project management within the landscaping construction industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop project teams of various sizes.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and profitability management.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
