Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience from reputed firms in UAE/GCC.
• Experience on hotel projects in UAE/GCC.
• Strong understanding of bespoke joinery and high-end interior works.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of production management and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee joinery and fitout projects ensuring quality and budget.
• Review technical drawings and project plans.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, and contractors.
• Supervise manufacturing and installation processes.
• Manage production teams and ensure project delivery.
• Track project schedules and prepare reports.
• Ensure health & safety and regulatory compliance.
