Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Odoo ERP Project Manager to lead the design, implementation, rollout, and continuous improvement of an Odoo ERP system across multiple business units. This role will oversee the full ERP lifecycle from strategy and governance to implementation, training, optimization, and cross‑department coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • ERP Strategy & Governance
    • Develop a standardised Odoo architecture across various business entities.
    • Define ERP governance models, SOPs, and streamlined processes.
    • Ensure system alignment with lean, efficient, and centralised management principles.
  • End‑to‑End Odoo Implementation
    • Lead requirement gathering, functional design, and process mapping.
    • Configure Odoo modules: Accounting, HR, Payroll, Purchasing, Inventory, Projects, Maintenance, Real Estate, CRM, and Sales.
    • Manage system integrations and legacy data migration.
  • Project Management
    • Create and manage detailed implementation plans for each business unit.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with minimal disruption.
    • Coordinate with external Odoo partners and technical teams.
    • Establish unified dashboards and reporting standards.
  • Training, Support & Change Management
    • Train department heads and end‑users; prepare manuals and SOPs.
    • Provide hands‑on support during rollout phases.
    • Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Technical Oversight
    • Supervise external developers working on custom modules, APIs, and integrations.
    • Ensure all development adheres to best practices.
  • Reporting & Visibility
    • Build dashboards and reports covering KPIs, financials, procurement, inventory, and maintenance.
    • Support senior management with accurate and timely insights.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience implementing Odoo.
  • Strong knowledge of finance, HR, procurement, maintenance, inventory, and project workflows.
  • Proven experience leading full ERP implementation projects.
  • Ability to design workflows and map business processes.
  • Experience coordinating external Odoo developers.
  • Knowledge of Primavera BSS integration is an advantage.
  • Fluent English (Portuguese is a strong plus).
