We’re hiring : Sales Director / Head of Sales

Brise Homes is a fast-growing real estate company based in Dubai, founded by experienced entrepreneurs. We’re building a performance-driven brokerage with strong marketing, high-quality international leads, and a global investor network.

We’re looking for a sales leader who’s ready to take ownership of the entire sales function — from closing early deals to building a high-performing team.

Phase 1 : Sales Leadership with Execution

• Personally handle high-quality inbound leads (from GCC, Europe, US, Australia)
• Close 3–4 deals / month in the first few months
• Develop strong relationships with strategic partners and HNW clients
• Represent the company in client calls, negotiations, and private events

Phase 2 : Build the Team

• Recruit and onboard brokers under your leadership
• Set up CRM, sales tracking, pipeline reporting, and clear KPIs
• Collaborate with the founders on growth strategy and hiring roadmap
• Coach and train the team to perform consistently
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• 2+ years experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan or investment focus)
• Proven track record of independent closings ($500K+)
• Experience leading or mentoring brokers is a strong advantage
• Entrepreneurial mindset : you move fast, own outcomes, and build structure
• Confident communicator with strong client-facing presence
• Daily flow of qualified international leads — no cold prospecting
• Strong in-house marketing : ads, YouTube, Reels, webinars, and events
• Access to partner and investor channels
• Participation in private developer and investor events in Dubai
• Freedom to build and lead your own team
• Office in Arenco Tower with full operational support
• Base salary + top-tier commissions
• Team override once brokers are onboarded
• Performance bonuses for sales and team KPIs
• Fast-track growth into executive position as company scales
