Job summary
A sports retail company in Dubai seeks a self-motivated Saleswoman to ensure an outstanding shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of retail sales experience, excellent communication skills, and knowledge in relevant retail management systems. Responsibilities include greeting customers, achieving sales targets, and supporting daily store operations. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on sports products.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in sports or fashion.
- Ability to work well in a busy, team-driven environment.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide expert product assistance.
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets.
- Develop strong product knowledge to support customer needs.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory control, stock checks, and reporting.
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and positivity.

- Use Odoo or Microsoft NAV systems as needed for sales and stock management
- Female, under 28 years old
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience (sports or fashion retail preferred)
- Relevant educational qualifications in Business, Marketing, or similar fields
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and confident
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Odoo or Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage
- Ability to work well in a busy, team-driven environment
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
