Job summary

A private company is seeking a Customer Care representative in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate is a UAE National with strong communication skills in both Arabic and English. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, coordinating maintenance requests, updating customer records, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This full-time position offers a contract duration of 24 months, requiring the chosen individual to work five days a week with two days off.

• UAE National with a valid Family Book.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Handle tenant and resident inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Update customer records and documentation accurately.
• Support leasing activities with information and assistance.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
