- Campaign Execution — Coordinate logistics for webinars, exhibitions, and roadshows in line with the Zoho-powered marketing calendar.
- Content Distribution — Schedule and distribute newsletters, blog posts, and event invitations using Zoho Campaigns and related tools.
- Video Production — Supervise the creation of storyboards and final edits in collaboration with internal and external video teams.
- Vendor Coordination — Manage deliverables and workflows with marketing partners including Dara Agency and Mirantes.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or content execution
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, Mailchimp)
- Fluent in English (French or Arabic is a plus)
- Strong writing and reporting abilities
