What does the role involve?

Hilti’s Design Engineering Graduate Program is a 12-month program, where you’ll quickly be exposed to multiple roles and tasks within the Design Engineering role, with opportunities to network with various key stakeholders and the management. It’s fast paced, enriching and can be intense, but we’ll closely coach and mentor you through this journey.

The program is split into 3 main stages of work (flexible) :

• 1-3 months learning about Engineering Design through the Engineering Competence Center (ECC) team.
• 1-3 months learning about Engineering Design through the Project Management team,
• 3-5 months learning about Engineering Design through the Oegland Systems (OG) team.

What you need is :

• You are an Emirati National with a UAE Family Book (to comply with the UAE Emiratization law)
• You’ve recently graduated, or you’re preparing to graduate in 2024, with a specialization in Civil / Structural Engineering or a related subject.
• You’ve spent at least three months, in a professional environment, like an internship, apprenticeship or work experience, or have just started your career and want an opportunity where you can perform well and progress.
• You’re proficient in English and Arabic (written and verbal)
• You’re curious and committed, a flexible team player with good communication and social skills.
