Samira Maatouk Group is seeking a highly driven and experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance function and support strategic business growth across our diversified operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, VAT, audits, and internal controls
• Oversee accounting operations, AP/AR, payroll coordination, and cost controls
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decision-making
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders
• Drive process improvement, financial efficiency, and risk management

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s / CPA / ACCA is a plus)
• 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, hospitality, or trading
• Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations and VAT
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems specially SAP B1 and MS Excel
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
