- Familiarity with the construction, interior, or architecture industries is required
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and presentations
- Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
- Valid driving license preferred
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
