Restaurant Manager
Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is looking for a Restaurant Manager in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, including management experience. Key responsibilities include managing financial procedures, stock levels, and staff performance. Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English and Afrikaans are required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a fast-paced Restaurant environment.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a management role.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport.

- Manage stock levels and food costs.
- Ensure budgets are achieved and operational standards implemented.

Education
Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- Tertiary qualification in Hospitality will be a distinct advantage
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a fast paced Restaurant environment in Front and Back of House
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a management role
- Must have POS experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans
- Valid driver’s license and own transport
