The New Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth through prospect and customer meetings, pipeline creation, and commercial deal management.
The role will focus predominantly on enterprise clients within the private sector.
This individual contributor role will drive growth primarily through the sales cycle, from effective customer prospecting and pipeline management to accurate forecasting and deal closure.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, commercially focused, and has a proven track record in influencing, negotiating, and closing deals. Reporting to: Head of Revenue (RSA). Working environment & travel: Exceptionally busy, team-oriented environment.
Driver's license and own transport are essential. Working hours: 07h30 – 16h00, 08h00 to 16h30, or 08h30 to 17h00 (Hybrid).
Salary is negotiable plus commission.
