Technical Solutions is looking for an experienced Administrator to provide technical services for residential, corporate, industrial, mining, educational, and private sectors nationwide.

The Administrator / Technical Coordinator and Logistics is responsible for managing administrative functions, coordinating technical operations, and ensuring seamless workflow between technicians, clients, and management. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. The candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team while handling multiple tasks efficiently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle a high-pressure work environment.
• Experience in project management and logistics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reside in Strand, Somerset-West, or Stellenbosch.
• Own transport is required.
• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• 3-5 years of administrative experience in a technical or engineering environment.
• Reporting and typing skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, discretion, and judgment.
• Patience and problem-solving abilities.

1. Technical Support & Administration: Perform administrative duties, support staff, assist with travel arrangements, maintain technical records, and prepare reports and presentations.
2. Coordination & Communication: Act as liaison between teams and clients, coordinate operations, manage communications, schedule meetings, and follow up on action items.
3. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to policies and standards, assist with audits, and handle sensitive information confidentially.
4. Project Management: Load projects within 24-48 hours, raise POs within 24 hours, provide invoicing feedback, liaise with project managers, and oversee project expenses.
5. Procurement & Inventory Management: Create picking slips and POs, manage stock and supplier relations, and ensure proper receipt and repair of equipment.
