Job summary
A leading management company is seeking experienced managers to oversee liquor and butchery operations in Durban. The successful candidate will manage daily operations, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and controlling inventory. Ideal applicants will have a strong understanding of profit margins, supervision experience, and a valid Code 8 driver's license. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of R8,000 to R15,000 per month with opportunities for ongoing training.

Effective management of gross profit margins and stock shrinkage is crucial to our organization's success.
The successful candidate will oversee daily operations from opening to closing, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery.
To achieve this, they must be able to manage sales and profitability, as well as control inventory levels and conduct regular stock takes.

- Experience with inventory systems (Sigma software an advantage)

Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in liquor or butchery store management, demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams.
They should possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in POS systems.
Additionally, they must have a valid Code 8 driver's license and own transport.
Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office, is also essential.
