As an Area Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Building and leading a motivated regional team.
- Driving sales, business growth, and client relationships.
- Implementing strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Overseeing day‑to‑day operations, ensuring smooth performance.
- Training and developing team members into future leaders.
- Reporting directly to senior management and playing a key role in expansion initiatives.
You’ll be working in a hybrid structure, attending an in‑person interview at Pretoria Head Office, after which you’ll manage your branch from your own area.
