1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
2. Provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer transactional needs and expectations.
3. Educate customers to the correct Banking platform aligned with their needs.

1. A completed financial related qualification (NQF5 or higher).
2. 1-2 years' experience in Client Services Support and delivery.
3. Have a valid Drivers License (PDP will be advantageous).
