Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Information Technology Specialist at Crescent Star Pty Ltd, located in La Lucia.

Responsibilities

The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for managing network administration, troubleshooting IT issues, ensuring network security which role involves daily monitoring of network performance, implementing security measures, and resolving any technical issues that arise.

Qualifications

Network Administration and Network Security skills.

Desktop, Software & Printer maintenance skills.

Information Technology and Troubleshooting skills.

Access Control, VOIP & CCTV experience.

Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently.

Experience in a similar role is a plus.
