Job summary

A leading mining equipment supplier is seeking a permanent Service Technician in Kathu, South Africa. You will install, repair, and maintain mining equipment while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience, relevant trade certification, and excellent communication skills. This role requires a Code 08 license and the ability to conduct fault finding effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Service Technician in earth moving equipment.
• Full physical & medical certificate to work in mining environment.
• Code 08 license required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, inspect and commission mining equipment.
• Provide technical support and problem solving to customers.
• Document results and conduct maintenance of tools.
