- Development or technical experience is advantageous.

- Gather and document business and system requirements.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to translate needs into clear specifications.
- Support project management activities from planning to delivery.

- Gather and document business and system requirements.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to translate needs into clear specifications and user stories.
- Support project management activities planning, execution, testing, and delivery.
- Conduct workshops, demos, and user acceptance testing.
- Develop proposals, cost estimates, and process documentation.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
- Mentor junior team members and support internal initiatives.
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Technology, or Industrial Engineering .
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst .
- Strong understanding of business processes and SDLC .
- Skilled in Microsoft Office; Agile exposure preferred .
- Experience in test case design and UAT.
- Development or technical experience is advantageous.
