What we need?

PTW Coordinatorfor Redstone CSP Plant, will serve as a PTW (Permit to Work) safety controller and issuer, collaborating closely with the Shift Engineer and Maintenance Department, reporting to the Operations Manager.

The role focuses on ensuring safety compliance and managing permits for work activities. Operations Management Coordinate with Shift Charge Engineer and maintenance department the work permits applications and approval. Ensuring all operation activities are performed in compliance with laws and regulation. Manage Work Permits, and shut down the equipment through LOTO procedure Keep updated guidelines and procedures. Daily, conduct regular meetings with maintenance HOD's to discuss maintenance work progress, schedules problems, interferences, priorities etc. Keep the permit register updated. Recommend to the Operations Manager changes in methods, schedules and procedures needed to meet specific exigencies of the plant operations. Ensure and advise on proper and effective allocation and development of human resources to ensure maximum efficiency.

Submit periodic reports to Operations Manager and keep him / her informed regarding all matters relating to plant operations and permit to work system. Organize emergency response and evacuation. Perform required technical training to enhance the professional skills of the Operations team Health, Safety, Security & Environment Adhere to all relevant health, safety, security and environmental procedures, instructions and controls so that the safety of employees and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.
