A hospitality group is seeking an OTA Systems Administrator for a full-time, on-site role in Cape Town. The successful candidate will manage and optimize hotel listings on online travel agencies, ensure content accuracy, and support the Revenue team to improve occupancy rates. Candidates must have at least 1-2 years of experience in OTA management or revenue coordination, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be familiar with systems like Opera and SiteMinder. Growth opportunities and training in distribution systems will be provided.

This role forms part of the Revenue team within the Village n Life hospitality group. This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Campsbay, in the City of Cape Town. The OTA Systems Administrator will be responsible for day‑to‑day system administration, troubleshooting, providing technical support, network administration, and ensuring smooth functionality of all OTAs.
As OTA Coordinator you’ll manage and optimise our hotel listings across leading online travel agencies. You’ll ensure content accuracy, competitive positioning and seamless connectivity, while supporting the Revenue team in driving occupancy and rate performance.
Experience in the hospitality industry is a non‑negotiable.
