Job summary

Role Description

This role forms part of the Revenue team within the Village n Life hospitality group. This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Campsbay, in the City of Cape Town. The OTA Systems Administrator will be responsible for day‑to‑day system administration, troubleshooting, providing technical support, network administration, and ensuring smooth functionality of all OTAs.

As OTA Coordinator you’ll manage and optimise our hotel listings across leading online travel agencies. You’ll ensure content accuracy, competitive positioning and seamless connectivity, while supporting the Revenue team in driving occupancy and rate performance.

What We’re Looking For?
  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • 1–2 years’ experience in OTA management or revenue coordination
  • Familiarity with systems such as Opera, SiteMinder and NightsBridge
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation and problem‑solving skills
  • Analytical mindset with confidence in working with data and reports
  • Proactive communicator able to collaborate across teams
