We partner with our clients on their digital journey, helping them to achieve financial and operational excellence through the best technology choices.Duties And ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and customize Sage X3 solutions to meet business requirements, including enhancements, module developments, and system integrations.

Work on integrating Sage X3 with other business applications, third-party tools, and external systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data analytics solutions using Sage X3 tools and third-party reporting tools.

Work directly with clients to understand their technical needs and translate them into actionable development tasks.

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of the Sage X3 ERP system.

Follow release processes.

Work closely with internal consultants and end-users to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.

Manage and cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides for developed solutions.

Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.

Provide training and support to end-users on Sage X3 functionalities and custom-developed solutions EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Sage X3 development and customization.

Experience with Sage X3 module development, workflows, and system integrations.

Proficiency in SQL, X3 Scripting, and other relevant programming languages.

Experience with third-party tools and applications integrated with Sage X3.

Knowledge of ERP system architecture and database management.

Sage X3 certification (advantageous).

Knowledge And AbilitiesAbility to work collaboratively within a team and independently.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Proactive and self-motivated.

Ability to assess complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Knowledge and practical experience in C#, Java, PHP, HTML.
