Job description
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and service delivery across a residential and commercial property portfolio. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage both service providers and internal teams effectively.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities or property management
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
- Solid technical knowledge of building systems and compliance standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet operational deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office and facilities management software
- Comfortable being on call and working extended hours when required
