Job Summary: Manage and lead technical inspection services related to global equipment, modifications, and repairs, ensuring compliance with project and contractual requirements. Manage resources, improve team capabilities through training and hiring, and monitor quality control standards in line with project and production needs. Ensure standards meet classification rules, develop and maintain quality management systems, and oversee document control and audit functions. Responsible for final manufacturing data records.
Roles and Responsibilities: Lead Product Quality Assurance staff, assign tasks, and ensure manufacturing quality. Decide on rejecting goods based on inspection results, plan quality assurance activities based on drawings, DFM, and customer info. Review and approve drawings, ensure materials meet specifications, and manage incoming inspections. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections, prepare reports, and support system procedures and ISO standards. Collaborate with other departments to maintain performance, generate reports, and implement best practices. Achieve set goals, maintain work quality, and minimize complaints. Stay updated with industry standards and improve work knowledge.
