Retail Redevelopment Project Manager (AutoCAD & Revit)
Job summary
A retail property company based in South Africa is seeking a Project Manager for their Shopping Centre redevelopment projects. This role requires strong technical expertise in AutoCAD and Revit, along with a minimum of 4 years' experience in retail property management. The Project Manager will manage project lifecycles, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and report directly to the CEO. This is an on-site position with occasional site visits across the existing portfolio.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years' retail property industry or Shopping Centre project management experience.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit (non-negotiable).
- Experience in redevelopment/refurbishment projects - retail tenants.
Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle for retail redevelopment projects.
- Coordinate contractors and consultants.
- Produce drawings and work confidently in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Oversee site activities, monitor progress, ensure compliance.
- Liaise with leasing to incorporate tenant requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits.
- Report directly to CEO on progress and risks.
