Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of FinTech projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including software developers, product managers, QA, and business stakeholders
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables while managing risks and dependencies
• Implement Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies to enhance efficiency
• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and provide status reports to stakeholders
• Identify potential roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security best practices
• Manage stakeholder expectations and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications and Experience :

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in the FinTech sector
• Strong technical background in IT, software development, or systems integration
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and / or Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with financial technology solutions, payment systems, or banking applications is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent certification is highly desirable
• Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSP) and project scheduling is required
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
