The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the process operations within the mining site. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mining processes, as well as experience in managing a team and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the processing plant, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Monitor production output and quality to ensure targets are met.
- Manage a team of production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly and processes are being followed correctly.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and regulatory agencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field.
- Proven experience in process management within a mining environment.
- Strong understanding of mineral processing operations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in the mining industry.
- Salary : R2m – R2.2m
