Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement process improvement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the processing plant, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Monitor production output and quality to ensure targets are met.
• Manage a team of production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly and processes are being followed correctly.
