A Meat Retail Company is seeking an IT Manager, fully competent, high level individual to oversee all technology operations within a premium meat retail environment, ensuring that systems run efficiently, securely, and support retail, production, and supply‑chain functions. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent problem‑solving ability, and experience working in a fast‑paced retail or FMCG environment.

- Hardware and software troubleshooting expertise.
- Experience with cybersecurity and IT infrastructure administration.
- Advantageous: Knowledge of meat retail scale systems, production ERP, or supply‑chain systems.
