What we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced RF Test Engineer to join our growing team. In this hands‑on RF test development role, the candidate will work closely with the wider engineering and production teams to support test solution development for a range of products from conception through to volume production.

Summary of Responsibilities
  • Apply knowledge, skills, and experience of RF Test equipment and LabVIEW/TestStand, to develop and maintain automated test solutions.
  • Improve and maintain test capability, and analyse, diagnose, and resolve technical issues as required.
  • Deliver verified and documented solutions in line with defined technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
  • Plan, organise, and manage own time to meet project requirements, and report project progress and risks to project teams and team leaders.
  • Perform data analysis and produce both internal and customer‑facing reports and presentations.
  • Involvement with the complete solution lifecycle, including requirements review, system design, specifications, instrumentation selection, solution development, implementation, data recording and reporting, testing, training, support, instructions, and change management.
Qualifications
  • Relevant Engineering Degree or equivalent plus sufficient level of RF experience (5+ years).
  • Strong hands‑on measurement and diagnostic skills using electronic and RF test equipment at microwave frequencies and above.
  • LabVIEW and TestStand development experience.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be a flexible and self‑motivated individual able to interface effectively with internal and external customers to fulfil project requirements.
  • Hands‑on experience within a volume electronics manufacturing environment is beneficial.
  • Hands‑on experience with serial communication protocols such as I2C/SPI is beneficial.
