Job summary
A global manufacturing company located in Gauteng, South Africa is seeking a candidate to handle leadership tasks, coordinate manufacturing activities, and ensure quality processes. - Continuous education on up-to-date technical / professional expertise.
Responsibilities
- Conducts leadership tasks, e.g. hiring and performance management.
- Coordinates manufacturing activities at a product segment.
- Optimizes service creation processes between subordinate lines.
- Ensures application of quality processes.
- Processes production orders on-time.
- Steers continuous improvement of workplace and processes.
- Resolves issues related to production and operations.
- Ensures HSE compliance on-site.
