A catering services company is seeking a Functions Chef in South Africa to develop menus and oversee food production in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be a qualified chef with strong financial and management skills in the catering industry. Responsibilities include planning menus, establishing recipes, and supervising food production activities.
To develop and plan menus, establish recipes and food purchase specifications, coordinate, execute, supervise and evaluate all the food production activities of a fast-paced operation. The Functions Chef must be qualified and will assist in the management of strategic and day-to-day operations.
