Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in production/manufacturing management or construction management.
• Applicants must have a valid SA Driver’s License.
• Willingness to work extended/irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Conducting monthly stock-take of all raw materials and reporting on variances.
• Ensuring effective utilization and development of personnel.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Ensuring quality compliance of raw materials and products.
• Managing disciplinary and grievance procedures.
• Compiling yearly budgets and controlling monthly.
• Maintaining sound relationships with customers.

Skills

Sound verbal, written and telephonic communication skills in English

Sound computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and CE)

Energetic and flexible disposition

Sound organizational ability

Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team

Knowledge of Industrial Relations

Education

Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
