YiYiEnglish puts the upmost care and attention to our teachers. Wewill be alongside you every step of the way from the application processto our boot camp to your very first student and beyond. Our businesspractice requires close collaboration with teachers, so you’ll have yourown dedicated associate to ask questions to, receive feedback from, andto discuss student related topics.

All of our students subscribe to a regular schedule. This means thatour teachers will have a consistent schedule that will be stablethroughout your contract with us. This will allow teachers to buildrelationships with their students to better understand their strengths,weaknesses, learning styles, and interests in order to provide the bestlearning outcomes possible. Regular students also provides teachers withfinancial security since your weekly schedule will be consistent andreliable. Because of our model of pairing students with teachers, all ofour teachers need to have stable, fixed schedules throughout yourcontract with us. No more stressing about your schedule each day!

• Native or near native pronunciation

• Experience working in English as a Second Language (ESL/TESL) preferred

• TEFL/TESOL/CETL or equivalent
