The Key Account Manager works within Amazon Vendor Services (AVS), which is a B2B service that aims to help strategic vendor partners grow their business with Amazon. As a Key Account Manager, you will gain 360-degree exposure to all e-commerce related areas that directly affect long term and short-term strategic growth metrics for key vendors. You will act as a consultant driving success growth metrics on a daily basis, and ensure the vendor’s experience of AVS demonstrates our customer obsession. The Key Account Manager will also work with multiple internal teams and management to grow and improve the vendor\'s success at Amazon. Some of the multiple internal teams include merchandising/marketing, new product launch teams, Category leads, pricing, Finance and supply chain. This role is strategic, operational and tactical in nature.
