This role involves complex research, design, and software development within a specific software area or product line. Responsibilities include contributing to project plans, schedules, and methodologies, designing across multiple systems, mentoring junior team members, and translating user/customer requests into solutions.

• Collaborate with technical team members to finalize requirements.
• Develop and review detailed specifications for complex system components.
• Translate product requirements into software designs with team members.
• Implement development processes, coding standards, and conduct code reviews.
• Work in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall), engaging with stakeholders.
• Mentor entry-level software engineers, ensuring they understand key aspects of their roles.
• Design and manage complex data models.
• Guide less experienced developers on methodologies and optimization techniques.

• 7+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• BSc in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in data manipulation languages and optimization techniques.
• Understanding of data modeling principles.
• Expertise in languages such as C#, .NET, HTML, XML, SQL, and frameworks like Angular.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of test-driven development.
