DUTIES :

1. Print, track and trace sales orders
2. Schedule production and control job enlisting
3. Assist in production planning to meet customers’ requirements and production targets
4. Capture relevant data for information storage
5. Ensure special processes are carried out in scheduled order
6. Distribute work orders to departments with proposed completion dates
7. Confer with department supervisors to determine progress of work and inform on changes in processing methods
8. Compile reports on work progress and downtime due to machine failure to inform production planning
9. Maintain inventory of materials needed for production
10. Expedite production to establish delivery dates
11. Assist in administrative duties and payroll requirements
