As an Account Manager, you’ll be the primary liaison between clients and remote teams, ensuring seamless service delivery and driving account growth.
This role demands expertise in RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), BPO (Business Process Outsourcing), and client‑facing Project Management.
You will play a pivotal role in aligning talent, optimizing processes, and delivering measurable success for clients, all while operating within a fast‑paced, fully remote environment.
Commissions on upsells (average $ per sale). Annual rate increases based on performance.
