Descripción de la vacante
A leading educational institution is seeking a Technical Sales Consultant for the Eastrand region, working remotely. This role involves providing technical sales support to installers, promoting product adoption, and conducting training sessions. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of technical sales experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a relevant technical diploma. A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle are also mandatory for site visits and support.

- 3+ years' experience in technical sales or field support, preferably in access automation or electronic security.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Self-motivated with effective territory management.
Responsabilidades
- Promote products and encourage upselling among installers.
- Conduct site visits for technical support and troubleshooting.
- Deliver engaging product training sessions.

Permanent CPT Sales and Marketing
To strengthen our presence across the Eastrand region by providing technical sales support to the installer network, promoting product adoption, and acting as a key link between local market needs and the company's technical and sales teams. You will drive measurable growth in installer engagement and product adoption while working remotely.
- Partner with installers to promote products, encourage upselling, and expand the network.
- Conduct site visits to support installations, provide technical troubleshooting, and resolve escalations.
- Deliver engaging product training sessions and awareness campaigns.
- Record all interactions, feedback, and activities in CRM systems.
- Share market insights and competitor feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Matric (Senior Certificate) – Technical Diploma or N4 in Electrical/Electronic Engineering advantageous.
- 3+ years' experience in technical sales or field support (access automation or electronic security preferred).
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Highly self‑motivated with effective territory management ability.
- A valid driverʼs licence and reliable vehicle are essential – petrol will be compensated.
