Company/Client Overview: Our Client is a rapidly growing turf installation franchising company on a mission to bring beautiful, sustainable outdoor spaces to communities across the U.S. They are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to take over the day-to-day financial and administrative control functions of the business. You will act as the internal bridge between their franchisees and external bookkeeping firm. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of financial accuracy and administrative coordination. • Payroll & Commissions: Run payroll via Gusto. Calculate monthly sales commissions and quarterly bonuses, then communicate these figures clearly to the team.
  • Financial Review: Perform regular reviews in QuickBooks to ensure all transactions are categorized correctly before they reach the external bookkeeping firm.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or financial administration.
