Our client is seeking a highly capable Software Sales Specialist to lead and manage their sales team, with a core focus on selling complex technical products and services. This role acts as a critical link between technical expertise and customer needs, driving revenue growth through solution-based sales, client engagement, and close collaboration with engineering and product development teams.

• Conduct presentations to demonstrate the benefits of our products to potential clients.
• Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions through the company’s services or products.
• Research sales statistics and establish sales potential with new businesses in the target area.
• Use promotional methods such as phone calls, emails, and social media to reach potential clients and build lasting business relationships.
• Become an expert in our product offerings and serve as a go-to resource for clients seeking more information.
• Assemble product displays in the target market.
• Identify new ways to make products appealing by observing environment and current trends.

• Matric
• Tertiary qualification in Business Management is advantageous

• At least 3-5 years of experience as a sales consultant.
• Experience in technology product sales is essential.
• Proven track record of achieving targets.
• Exposure to Home Loans processes is an advantage.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills are required.
