Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in B2B commercial sales, sponsorships, or partnerships.
• Strong executive presence and ability to lead strategic sales conversations.
• Experience selling high-value, consultative sponsorships or partnership packages.
• Deep familiarity with domains like People Analytics, SWP, HRIS, L&D.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial function for solution provider sales across flagship summits.
• Develop and refine sponsorship packages including stage time.
• Lead senior-level conversations with CMOs and Partnership leads.
• Craft compelling proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Design and lead scalable go-to-market strategies for anchor partners.
