As a Sales Intake Representative , you will serve as the first point of contact in the client journey—acting as the gateway to our team of experienced attorneys ready to advocate on their behalf. You’ll be the warm, knowledgeable voice that answers inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and clarity, creating genuine connections from the very first interaction. In this role, you’ll guide prospective clients from their initial outreach through to a formal legal consultation, laying a strong foundation for a lasting attorney-client relationship.

• Create Exceptional First Impressions : Represent Michael & Associates with warmth and professionalism, making potential clients feel supported from the moment they call.
• Handle Client Calls with Care : Manage incoming calls from prospective clients, answering their questions with clarity, providing guidance, and scheduling consultations with our attorneys.
• Own the Client Journey : Partner with our internal teams to coordinate appointment setting and follow-up, ensuring a seamless, tailored client experience from start to finish.

• Proven sales experience in a call center environment is required, or alternatively, a minimum of 2+ years in a customer service call center role. This is a non-negotiable qualification.
• We are looking for candidates with exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective collaboration with our diverse team and stakeholders.
• This is a remote position, so candidates must have a reliable laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, and high-speed internet with a backup connection in place to maintain productivity.
