A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Clinical Auditor to enhance compliance and quality in clinical services. This full-time role involves auditing medical records and improving clinical compliance, with responsibilities split between compliance and centralized follow-up. Candidates should have a nursing degree, extensive nursing experience, and be compliant with state medical licensing requirements. Remote and hybrid work options are available.

What\'s interesting about this job?
The Clinical Auditor will work in partnership and under the direction of PPSAT’s Risk and Quality Management Director, supporting key areas of Risk & Quality Management (RQM) of Clinical Services. This will include identifying issues with medical record documentation through accurate auditing and providing recommendations to improve clinical compliance. Specifically, the Clinical Auditor will help ensure, through chart audits and other process improvement initiatives, that patient safety and the delivery of high-quality patient care are maintained. The Clinical Auditor must be able to work autonomously and collaboratively with their supervisor as well as the Chief Medical Officer, Clinical Director of Family Planning, Health Center Managers, Clinicians, and Registered Nurses throughout the affiliate, and serve as a quality and compliance resource for clinical staff.
This is a full-time position with functions in Compliance (30 hours) and Centralized Follow-Up (CFU) (10 hours).

Candidate must be based in the PPSAT service area of SC, NC, VA, or WV.

Compensation:
PPSAT\'s compensation philosophy is based on equity and transparency. Each job at PPSAT is assigned a salary grade built on market data. For an individual coming into PPSAT, we set a pay rate generally between the minimum and the midpoint of the salary grade, and based on candidate qualifications. The pay range for this position is an annual salary of $68,000 to $86,700.
