Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate virtual appointments
  • Handle email correspondence, follow-ups, and inbox management
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and data summaries
  • Perform online research and compile actionable insights
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking (where applicable)
  • Manage CRM systems, databases, and digital filing
  • Support social media posting, content scheduling, and basic engagement (advantageous)
  • Provide general administrative and ad-hoc support as required
