Responsibilities
  • Own and manage multiple live work-streams simultaneously, ensuring progress against defined timelines and objectives
  • Coordinate between internal teams, external stakeholders, and senior decision-makers to ensure smooth delivery
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress tracking, and updates within internal systems and CRM platforms
  • Manage schedules, milestones, and dependencies across concurrent initiatives
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders, setting expectations and managing outcomes
  • Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and maintain momentum throughout delivery cycles
  • Ensure all activity aligns with internal standards, processes, and data compliance requirements
  • Track performance metrics and take ownership of results through to completion
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in implementation, delivery, operations, or project-based roles
  • Comfortable operating in environments where results are visible and accountability is individual
  • High level of self-management, organisation, and discipline
