A Growth Lead Who Helps People Sleep Better

We’re looking for a Growth Lead to drive scalable growth at Manta Sleep. Your mission is to design and execute our growth strategy across our paid acquisition channels, using forecasting, testing, and optimization to drive scalable results.

Proficiency in English as a first language is essential for this role.

Time zone: Full-time within Asia, Eastern Europe or South Africa (GMT0 - GMT+8)

👀 WHO WE ACTUALLY NEED (and who we don’t)

  • This isn’t for freelancers moonlighting or wanting a side hustle.

This is however for someone who:

  • Has 4+ years experience in growth, performance marketing, or similar Ecommerce/DTC scaling-focused roles.
  • Background in Ecommerce/D2C within a fast-growth environment is highly valued.
  • Ideally have experience with scaling media budgets above $500k per month.
  • Is highly analytical and comfortable building and owning forecasts, models, and growth plans.
  • Thinks in leverage, systems, and ROI - not tasks.
  • Stays up-to-date with Meta's (and other ad platforms) latest algorithm changes, to leverage new opportunities for growth.
  • Can prioritise and focus on what actually moves business results.
  • Is proactive, autonomous, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
  • Is comfortable managing agencies and relationships with key platforms.
  • Wants real ownership and responsibility (not just a job title).
  • Cares deeply about building something meaningful and helping people sleep better.

🎯 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Own media planning, forecasting, and budget allocation, ensuring spend is aligned with Contribution Margin, MER, and ROAS targets.
  • Manage paid acquisition channels end-to-end (including hands‑on execution in ad accounts when needed) while also leveraging agency and tool support to scale efficiently.
  • Lead structured testing frameworks across creative, landing pages, offers, and audiences to unlock growth.
  • Collaborate closely with our Creative Strategists, providing clear performance insights and direction to improve creative output and iteration speed.
  • Use tools like NorthBeam (MTA), Prescient (MMM), and in‑platform data to make informed, data‑driven decisions.
  • Monitor performance daily and proactively turn insights into measurable performance improvements.
  • Build scalable systems and processes so growth doesn’t rely on manual work or firefighting.
  • Prepare the growth function to scale as the business grows (including future team expansion and channel diversification).

💼 HOW WE HIRE

  4. Paid Trial Assignment: a realistic task (2–3 days to complete) that reflects the kind of work you’d actually do here.
  5. Trial Showcase: You will meet with our Hiring Manager for a short 30 min call to run through your trial assignment and answer questions we may have.
  6. Final Interview: Usually with our CEO, as a final seal of approval.
  7. Offer + onboarding: if it’s a match, we move quickly
