Teaching Hours: Guaranteed approximately 30 hours per week.
Students: Adult professionals over the age of 18, based throughout Europe, Asia, the Middle East and South America.
Remuneration: Set base rate of 6 USD per hour.
Contract type: Independent Service Provider contracted by The Really Great Teacher Company.

- Bachelor's Degree or higher (any field).
- Accredited teaching hours or above TEFL, TESOL, CELTA.
- At least 6 months teaching or tutoring experience.
- Processor: Intel Core i5 CPU @2.0GHz (4 CPUs) or greater.
- Memory: 8GB RAM or greater.
- Backup power: Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) with a battery life up to 4–5 hours.
- VA (or willing to purchase before commencing teaching).
- Stable fibre internet connection at a minimum of 20 Mbps upload and download speeds.
- PC connected to LAN cable (not via Wi‑Fi).
- Noise‑canceling headset and HD webcam.
- Back‑up headset highly recommended.
- Tidy, well‑lit, and quiet teaching environment.
